LOG4VIEW Licensing & Pricing

LOG4VIEW Community Edition may be used free of charge.

When you install LOG4VIEW on a computer for the first time, it works for 30 day as trial version, offering the same functionality as LOG4VIEW Professional Edition without any limitations except a splash screen on startup. After 30 days, LOG4VIEW continues working as Community Edition with limited functionality.

Each license of LOG4VIEW Professional Edition may be installed on a single computer or may be used by a single developer. If a license is used by a developer, the software may be installed on up to three computers as long as the licensed developer is the principal user of those computers. However, it may only be run once at the same time.

All updates within the same major version (2011.1 => 2011.x) are free. 

Each license includes the right to update to all new versions, which are released within one year after purchase of the license.

Customers with licenses which are older than one year can purchase onother year of free upgrades for 40% of the original price.

Upgrade licenses are valid in combination with the original license. Licensee name and/or company must match.
